If you are new to the Social Forum or a seasoned expert, join us for this introduction and strategy session in preparation for the US Social Forum in San Jose from June 24-28th and especially the Food Sovereignty People’s Movement Assembly scheduled on Saturday, June 27th at 2 pm.

The evening will include presentations by Shamako Noble, Social Forum National Coordinator and Local Organizing Committee in San Jose about the US Social Forum and Beverly Bell, Other Worlds Coordinator and food sovereignty activist, on the plan for the Food Sovereignty People’s Movement Assembly.

We will leave ample time for questions, conversation, engagement, ideas, and strategizing.

We especially invite representatives of organizations interested in becoming anchor organizations for the Food Sovereignty People’s Movement Assembly.
